‘Pie’ has lived with Mick and Lorraine since he was 2 weeks old (he’s now 22 weeks).and shares their lives at home and at work, at the local garage/car wash

I first had the pleasure of meeting Pie towards the end of August 2009.  He was wearing a nappy, and on his way to work.  It was such an unusual sight that it made me smile.  I hope his antics make you smile too.

In the house Pie behaves like a dog, enjoying Mick and Lorraine's company.  At work Pie takes part in all aspects of garage life too, even the tea-break! 

Because Pie likes companionship so much, he also goes on breakdown trips away from home, enjoying overnight stays, and visits to pubs. 

Friday night is bath night and on Sunday it’s Pie's day off.  He likes nothing better than a spot of pampering, particularly when having his feet massaged with moisturising cream.

Sadly, on Saturday 29th August 2009, just 24 hours after Pie joined our Pet Gallery, he was taken ill.  Pie was seen by a veterinary surgeon, Xrayed, and given antibiotics for what was thought to be a virus.  Later that same evening Pie's condition deteriorated, and sadly he passed away. 

To quote Mick and Lorraine:

"Pie touched the hearts of many, and needless to say we all miss him being around.  He will never be forgotten, and we do have our memories and some lovely pictures”.
