Little Scottie Boy Toby

26th July 2011 - Update to 25th July entry seeking help for ‘Toby’.

Penny Gutridge, you’re fantastic!

Last night we received a magnificent offer of help from Penny, who was prepared to travel to Dublin to pick up ‘Toby’ this coming Friday.  However, as usual, the best laid plans of mice and men have been thwarted!  When Karen, a Welfare Coordinator with STECS, contacted Toby's owner this morning, Toby had already been rehomed locally.

A very big thank you to you, Penny, you’re a lovely lady.

25th July 2011

If any of you are travelling to and from Southern Ireland in the next 2 to 3 weeks and have room for a little Scottie boy called Toby on the return journey, then Karen Clayton, a Welfare Coordinator with STECS, would be pleased to hear from you.

Karen says - Toby's owner is being stationed abroad for a year and sadly has no one to take Toby in, so has given Toby to STECS for rehoming.  He is currently in Dublin and we could do with getting Toby over to the UK soon.  So if anyone is travelling through Dublin back to the UK and would be willing to give Toby a lift it would be greatly appreciated.  Karen can be reached by telephone on 0781 7122441 and 01629 810595
or by email at karenbclayton@aol.com

Many thanks - Karen Clayton
