About Me

My name is Marion Kimberley-Scott and I live on the outskirts of  Scunthorpe, the industrialised area of North Lincolnshire.  I have been devoted to Scottish Terriers nearly all of my life and wouldn’t be without the companionship of my dogs.

My hobbies include various types of handicraft work, and I enjoy fund-raising for charity.

Two charities very close to my heart are the:

  • Scottish Terrier Emergency Care Scheme (STECS) www.stecs.net - of which I have been a member for many years
  • Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth, Devon - www.thedonkeysanctuary.org.uk - of which I have been a supporter for many years.

I am also a member of the North Midlands Scottish Terrier Club (NMSTC) and a volunteer ‘Helper’ for Doglost  www.doglost.co.uk

I hope you enjoy your visit to this website, and will share anything you have ‘Scottie related’ with other visitors.

I am indebted to the patience and skills of my husband, Roger, for the design and creation of this website and to Joe Holland for permitting the reproduction of verses from Nellie's Eulogy (written by Nellie) and for allowing this dedication.

Dedicated to the memory of the late Nellie Holland - founder of the Scottish Terrier Emergency Care Scheme (STECS).

It is sometimes wise to remind ourselves of Nellie's beliefs, in the hope that we may follow in the shadow of her footsteps.
